Qiwil Limited ("Qiwil", "we", "us") is a company incorporated in Hong Kong. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit qiwil.com or interact with us. We are committed to complying with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong ("PDPO").

1. Data We Collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it:

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, company name, and message content.
• Booking requests: when you use our Cal.com scheduling link, your data is processed by Cal.com under their privacy policy.
• Email correspondence: any data you include when emailing hello@qiwil.com.

2. Cookies, Local Storage and Visit Measurement

This website sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics service. Browser localStorage is used for two things only: to remember your dark or light theme preference, and to remember an opt-out if you have set one. Neither leaves your device.

We do count page views, using our own measurement built into this site rather than an external provider. For each view we record the date and time, the page address, the referring website, the country resolved from your network connection, whether the device is mobile, and how far down the page you scrolled. We do not store your IP address: it is combined with your browser identification and a value that changes daily, then irreversibly hashed, so repeat views can be separated within a single day and cannot be linked across days or back to you. Records are deleted automatically after 400 days.

To opt out entirely, open any page on this site with ?notrack=1 appended to the address, for example https://qiwil.com/?notrack=1. Nothing further will be recorded from that browser. To opt back in, use ?track=1.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data for the following purposes:

• Responding to your enquiries and contact form submissions.
• Scheduling and conducting meetings.
• Providing the services you have requested.
• Complying with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Contact form submissions and correspondence are retained for a maximum of 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required by law or an ongoing engagement. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may collect anonymized usage data as described in their privacy policy. We use Cal.com for scheduling; their privacy policy governs data entered through their platform. Visit measurement and the contact form run on Cloudflare, which also processes the request as our hosting provider.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. This site is served over HTTPS. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights Under the PDPO

Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data held by us.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing where consent was the legal basis.

8. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
